Sales Enablement/Training Manager

 

Have you been around the Sales block a few times? Do people gravitate to you for insight and answers? Do you find purpose in helping others reach their full potential?  Do you want to leverage 17 years worth of data to take our sales program to the next level?

If you're nodding yes, then PayJunction wants you as our sales enablement/training manager to oversee our sales director program. In this role, you will work with our well-established team of in-house sales directors to manage our national team of outside sales reps. We're looking for a salesperson turned enablement leader who has experience in SaaS sales who is excited to join our seasoned inside sales team. 

This position is located at our headquarters in sunny Santa Barbara, CA!

In this role, you will:

  • Restructure, improve and maintain our outside sales representative education program
  • Own reporting and forecasting for the outside sales team
  • Manage and mentor our outside sales team

Desired qualifications:

  • 3+ years of people and/or program management experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on training experience
  • 5+ years of software sales experience a MUST
  • Natural inclination toward leadership, ownership and follow through
  • Project management and organizational skills to manage training programs and coordinate a nationwide sales team
  • Excellent verbal communication in person and over the phone
  • Data-driven mentality
